At Golden Years Assisted Living we consider that an excellent
care is not only responsibility of the facilities' caregivers; we consider an excellent care the participation of families
or resident's representatives, social workers, doctors, nurses, physical therapists, volunteers, and of course the facility
caregivers with the lidership of the facility administrator.
We belive that working together we can
have better results in the care of every one of our residents.
